By accessing or using ClothShift's API, web application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of the Service
ClothShift is a platform intended for commercial use by fashion brands, e-commerce retailers, digital marketplaces, and creative agencies. You must be an authorized representative of your business to create an account.
3. Account Information
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
4. Commercial Rights and User Content
You own your assets. You retain full ownership of any product photos, and digital assets you upload to ClothShift.
You own your outputs. You own full commercial rights to all AI-generated images and outputs created using the ClothShift platform. You may use these generated assets freely and in perpetuity for any commercial purposes, including marketing, e-commerce listings, advertising, and print. We claim no ownership over the final generated images you produce.
5. AI-Powered Generation
Our service uses state-of-the-art AI technology to generate studio-quality on-model imagery. By using ClothShift, you understand and agree that:
- AI-generated results are synthesized based on your inputs
- While we strive for hyper-realism and brand consistency, exact representations of complex fabric textures or physics may occasionally vary
- It is your responsibility to review generated imagery before publishing it to your commercial channels
6. Payments and Billing
ClothShift operates on varied pricing models (e.g., subscription, pay-per-generation, or enterprise contracts). Credits or API usage allocations are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Custom SLA and refund terms apply to Enterprise API contracts as individually negotiated.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, illicit, or offensive content
- Use the service to generate deceptive or harmful material
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or manipulate our AI infrastructure
- Resell API access or platform access without explicit partnership authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's stability or security
8. Data Security
We implement strict security measures to protect your catalogs and unpublished assets. However, you acknowledge that no digital transmission is entirely foolproof.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our platform capabilities expand. Significant changes will be communicated to your account administrators.
