Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ClothShift apps for iPhone and Android, the web studio and this website.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and sign-in method (email, Google or Apple), and the profile details you give after registering: age, gender, account type, language and country.
- Your content. The model and garment photos you upload, the images and videos you create, and the models you cast.
- Purchases. Your credit balance and subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple, Google or Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card details.
- Device and usage data. Device model, operating system, app version, a notification token if you allow notifications, and error reports when something breaks.
- Website analytics. This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read.
How we use it
To run your account, generate the images you ask for, keep your credit balance, answer support requests, fix errors and keep the service secure. We send notifications only if you allow them.
Your content and AI training
We never use your uploads or results to train AI models. To generate a result, your photos are processed by the image generation services we work with, only to produce that result.
Who processes your data
- Image generation: the services that run our generation engines, acting on our behalf
- Payments: Apple, Google, RevenueCat (app subscriptions) and Lemon Squeezy (web purchases)
- Sign-in: Google and Apple, if you choose them
- Error reporting: Sentry
- Website analytics: Google Analytics
Files and account data are stored on servers we run ourselves. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- With an active app subscription: your files stay until you delete them or your account.
- Without one: photos you upload for try-on are deleted after 10 days, and the images and videos you create after 30 days. This includes accounts that bought credits on the web. Save anything you want to keep.
- Your profile picture and the models you cast are not deleted automatically.
- Deleting your account in the app's settings removes your account and its content.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. You can delete files and your account yourself in the app. For anything else, email us from the address on your account. We reply within the time the law requires, usually within 30 days of receiving your request. If you don't hear back, write again, as your message may not have reached us. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
ClothShift is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
